It can seem like a daunting task to manage your business with apps, but it's really easy when you think about it. You are probably way more organized than you think you are, but just have a broken system.
Step 1 - You can't eat an elephant in one bite.
What you should do is define a business process that you can manage. It may be as simple as figuring out what services you offer, or make a list of prices of the services that you offer. Do that and you are well on your way.
Step 2 - Use this list to determine what data you want to collect.
For instance, if you are a service company and you have a list of services to offer, write them down. Then determine the units of charge (do you charge by the hour, by the piece, or by the job)
Step 3 - Once that is done, determine how much you want to charge for each unit of charge.
Step 4 - Put it in a spreadsheet. Define the columns and make sure you have every type of information that you would like to collect.
Step 5 - Hand over to us. We'll put it in a app so you can access this information anywhere.
Of course, you can do much more than that, but you will have just created a price sheet that you can access in an app. An app that you, your workers, or (even if you want to) the world can access.
From there we can do things such as create orders with due dates, link to invoices in accounting software, etc. We can even a management portion of the app where the field worker who performs the service can complete the task, make notes and adjustments to the orders.
